Ezekiel 33: 30- 33

But as for you, son of man, your fellow citizens who talk about you by the walls and in the doorways of the houses, speak to one another, each to his brother, saying, Come now and hear what the message is which comes forth from the LORD. They come to you as people come, and sit before you as my people and hear your words, but they do not do them, for they do the lustful desires expressed by their mouth, and their heart goes after their gain. Behold, you are to them like a sensual song by one who has a beautiful voice and plays well on an instrument; for they hear your words but they do not practice them. So when it comes to pass as surely it will then they will know that a prophet has been in their midst.

Behold, days are coming, declares the Lord GOD,

When I will send a famine on the land,

not a famine for bread or a thirst for water,

But rather for hearing the words of the LORD.

People will stagger from sea to sea

and from the north even to the east;

They will go to and fro to seek the word of the LORD,

But they will not find it.

In that day the beautiful virgins and the young men will faint from thirst. Amos 8:11-13

The losing susbstances in Christendom

Christendom is losing anointing but gaining more knowledge in scripture, whereas the end result will be of no harvest, the vineyard will not bear any more fruits, because the world comes into their life and gets occupied, gaining knowledge will not help us to know the mind of Christ, we get occupied with world and trying to imitate the world in all areas. Mixing the world in spiritual aspects, As a children of god we should have a discernment to know and test the spirits. Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world.1 john 4:1 A well known servant of god once said And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. Romans 12:2

The Boat Must Be On The Water, But Shouldn't Be Filled With Water. Similarly we are living in the world but should not get drunk with world, as the scripture says When comes to knowledge in bible,the demons even have the knowledge of scripture and he knew the nook and corner of the bible of what it is written.James says that demons also believe, and shudder “james 2:19. And also when Jesus was returning from his forty days of fasting,satan tempted him using the scripture, and jesus always quoted "It is also Written". See how well satan was thorough in scripture. Some say that scripture will set you free, or in other words THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE. You know when the scripture will begin to work in our life only when we start believing in it.

when we read heb4:2 For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them,not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. when we say faith it should be accompanied by action (deeds) as we see in james 2: 26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

If anyone says Im a Christian be a follower of Christ

Not only hearer of words but doers of words.

Not only by scriptures but by deeds

My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth “ 1 john 3:18

He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked. 1 john 2:6
