Temptation

Temptation is NOT SIN but yielding to temptation is SIN.

There are multitudes of people who fall into the guilt of SIN when they are tempted.  One thing we need to remember is, we are designed in a way to get attracted by seeing things, but the imperative thing is that the good things are attractive and bad things are seductive.

We have a freedom of choice to choose good & bad, differentiate right & wrong etc, which implies a free will, considered  to be the greatest gift offered to human beings by God. If we are designed to choose only good, then life will not be interesting and eventually we will be a monotonous machine operated by GOD. It makes no meaning for life and a vacuum box.

I can't think of or imagine any other world to have a true love operated in this condition, where human have the choice to accept and deny god. The supreme ethic of love can be only fulfilled in this world. You cannot force any to love someone and claim they are in love with that person, but if I have the choice to choose,  then the love gets fulfilled and makes meaning to its definition.

So when comes to temptation, even Jesus was tempted in all his life yet he overcame. Do not be discouraged and be of good cheer.

The one who called us will lead us to the end faithfully.

Stay connected with HIM and Rooted in HIM.

For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin - Heb 4:15

Resist the devil and he will flee from you - james 4:7
